Our Services: Project Management

Transparency Solutions is experienced in assisting both private and public sector clients with their development strategies and the implementation of programmes and projects. Our work ranges from one-off consultancy support and interim management to a comprehensive service, covering all aspects of development from start to finish including development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation to finish including development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Changing Perceptions was an innovative project managed by Transparency Solutions in partnership with Stand Against Racism and Inequality (S.A.R.I) in Bristol, England Changing Perceptions began life as an applied research study which looked at the perceptions of gangs, crime and racial profiling amongst young Somalis and Black African Caribbean’s in Inner City Bristol. The findings of the study were adopted by Bristol City Council Youth Services and were used to inform the youth strategy of Avon and Somerset Constabulary. During spring 2014, TS co-produced a series of workshops with young adults from The City Academy and Bristol Brunel Academy to disseminate the findings more widely and to develop and embed the recommendations in a way that the young people themselves determined in order to challenge perceptions and develop more positive relations with the police and other statutory authorities.
